About JimI have been in the Real Estate business since 1970. There is a huge turnover in the real estate profession and only those who satisfy their clients needs remain in the business more than a year or so. Long term success depends on having many satisfied clients who send referrals and become repeat customers. I don’t make promises; I deliver results. I work very hard to help you with your real estate needs. I believe home ownership is one of the best investments a person can make. The value of your home will keep pace with inflation as well as provide a comfortable place to call your own. I am here to make the buying or selling of your home a pleasant experience. From my first contact with you, I consider myself to be your agent. If you are already working with another agent, please let me know. It is not fair to have several agents working for you at the same time. This is just a duplication of time and effort. We all have access to the same MLS listings and can find whatever information you would like to know. I will work hard to earn your confidence and help you find the home or property of your dreams. If you wish to “fire” me and work with another agent, I would appreciate the courtesy of you letting me know. I do not earn a cent until you are satisfied with the transaction and there is a “closing”. I receive no salary from my company. I depend entirely on doing the best job for you, so I work very hard to reach that end. Please be honest with me. Let me know of your wants and needs, and which items are most important to you. Sometimes, the ideal home may not exist, so I need to know of your priorities. Let me know how much you plan on spending. It will just be a waste of time if I show you things that are more expensive than you wish or have the ability to buy. You will also get very discouraged if I show you something that you love, but it is more than your budget allows. This may sound absurd, but don’t ask me to do anything illegal or unethical. Fraud or deception not only ruin careers, but also show a lack of moral character for the agent and the client. I am not here to lead you. It is my job to understand what your goal is and to help you reach it. Nothing is ever accomplished unless all sides in a transaction are happy with the outcome. I work hard to make that happen through negotiations and mutual respect. I will give you direction and assistance on my end of the transaction. I ask that you do the same on yours. I look forward to working with you. There are very few things as satisfying as helping a seller move on to the next step of his/her life or finding just the right property for a buyer.
